The employer is hiring a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement and supply chain operations.
The role is intended for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing procurement and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and update supply chain data in company systems.
- Prepare reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good written and spoken English.
