Role Purpose
Support the execution of research and development projects through on-site supervision, quantity measurement, and supplier and site team coordination.
Help ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Research new technologies available in the market and evaluate them for implementation.
- Discuss new product development with suppliers and understand product applicability.
- Lead site trials and prepare reports for management presentations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications and brief suppliers accordingly.
- Support documentation, reporting, and record keeping for ongoing works.
- Coordinate with senior staff to plan daily and weekly work programs and resolve site issues.
