The Estimation Manager studies, researches, analyses, and completes the estimation process while considering commercial and regional aspects.
The role manages, prices, and reports on MEP scope to support profitable business and contract awards.
Position Details
The position reports to the Assistant Vice President and CEO.
The role is within the AMF business unit and MEP function or department.

Key Responsibilities
- Review resource requirements, budgets, quantity estimates, risks, and special conditions.
- Review contract and IFC documents with the commercial and planning departments.
- Prepare tenders from start to finish, including presentation and submission to the main contractor.
- Assign work to and monitor staff working under the role.
- Coordinate project handover meetings after award and brief the project team.
- Compile resources and tender analysis information for project team members.
- Support pricing and contract-condition queries from project personnel.
- Price change orders and variations when required.
Standards and Compliance
- Ensure the estimation team follows DEWA, FEWA, ADDC, NFPA, UAE Fire Safety Code, ASHRAE, and BS Standards.
- Perform activities in compliance with the company's health, safety, environmental management, and quality systems.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure findings are closed within the stipulated timeframe.
