About the Role
The role supervises and coordinates daily civil and construction activities at the Kolhapur project site.
The position works with contractors, labourers, vendors, architects, and senior management to complete site work properly, on time, and according to drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and construction work at the site.
- Monitor labour and contractor activities.
- Ensure work follows drawings and instructions.
- Check quality and workmanship of ongoing work.
- Monitor construction materials and maintain measurement sheets and site records.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress updates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and senior engineers.
- Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to management.
- Assist with daily planning and execution.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Support RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Zero to three years of construction or site supervision experience.
- Freshers with practical knowledge and willingness to learn may apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, and measurements.
- Ability to supervise labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to take ownership of site activities.
- Must be willing to stay at the Kolhapur site.
Preferred Skills
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Reading architectural and civil drawings.
- Site measurements.
- Material estimation and basic quantity understanding.
- Labour and contractor coordination.
- Basic construction quality and safety knowledge.
Compensation
- The description lists a salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- The description also lists pay of ₹12,423.17 to ₹20,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at the Kolhapur project site.
