IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SYSTEMS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

Hardware and System Setup

• Assess computer and laptop requirements and recommend hardware specifications based on job requirements and budget.
• Handle PC procurement, assembly, installation, configuration, and setup of employee systems and peripherals.
• Install Windows, drivers, Office applications, antivirus, business applications, and required utilities.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, replace basic components, and maintain IT asset inventory.

Server and Domain Management

• Manage company servers and configure and maintain Windows Server or Linux Server as applicable.
• Manage Domain Controller, Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, access rights, and password policies.
• Manage domain and DNS requirements, file sharing, access permissions, server performance, storage, backups, and recovery.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and domain issues and maintain server documentation.

Networking Infrastructure

• Set up and maintain office LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, access points, cabling, firewalls, and printers.
• Manage IP addressing, troubleshoot connectivity problems, coordinate with internet service providers, and maintain network access controls.

CCTV and EPABX

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, remote viewing, storage, and recording settings.
• Install, configure, and maintain EPABX systems, extensions, internal numbers, call routing, and telephone infrastructure.

Software and Automation

• Install, configure, and maintain company software and user access permissions.
• Evaluate software and technology that can improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive processes.
• Assist departments with digital workflows and coordinate with vendors for implementation and troubleshooting.

Security, Assets, and Support

• Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, backups, access controls, recovery procedures, and basic IT security practices.
• Track IT assets, purchase dates, warranties, service requirements, licenses, quotations, and vendor contracts.
• Provide hands-on internal IT support, configure systems for new employees, resolve user issues, and provide basic IT training.

Required Technical Skills

• Practical knowledge of PC assembly, hardware troubleshooting, Windows installation, Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, and DHCP.
• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, network troubleshooting, CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, EPABX, backups, antivirus, Microsoft Office, and IT asset management.
• The candidate should be able to independently investigate IT problems, work with vendors, communicate with non-technical employees, and improve processes through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux, virtualization, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, firewall administration, remote desktop, scripting, monitoring, cloud backup, AI tools, and automation platforms is advantageous.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field is preferred, while relevant hands-on experience may be considered.

Compensation and Workplace

• Pay is ₹10,689.85 to ₹28,000.00 per month.
• Work location is in person.
