Role Description
This is a permanent Quantity Surveyor role with D&A Consult.
The role provides pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide pre-contract quantity surveying services.
- Provide post-contract quantity surveying services.
- Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
- Prepare cost estimates and assessments.
- Evaluate tenders.
- Assess payment applications and variations.
- Prepare final accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in pre-contract and post-contract services.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost estimation or assessment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in UAE consultancy is desirable.
- Familiarity with POMI.
- Operational knowledge of building processes, especially villas.
- English language proficiency is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role requires working on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The work location is in person.
