Role Description
This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor.
The role covers pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
The position requires working on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
- Prepare estimates and assess costs.
- Evaluate tenders.
- Assess payment applications and variations.
- Prepare final accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in pre- and post-contract services.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost estimation or assessment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in UAE consulting is desirable.
- Familiarity with POMI.
- Operational knowledge of building processes, especially villas.
Salary
- The salary is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
