Role Overview
The Junior Project Manager – Proposals leads the technical development of FEED, PMC, EPCM, EPC, and consulting proposals.
The role ensures submissions are technically compliant, commercially competitive, and executable.
The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering, estimating, planning, and commercial inputs for tender submissions and execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review ITBs and RFPs and define project scope, assumptions, exclusions, and qualifications.
- Develop proposal execution plans, deliverables registers, staffing plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, and commercial inputs.
- Support preparation of technical proposals, cost estimates, risk registers, and clarification responses.
- Participate in bid reviews, client presentations, and proposal strategy development.
