Role Overview
Deliver a defined work package within a major airport project while supporting the overall Project Management Team.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned work package.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of a specific work package under the guidance of the Project Management Team.
- Support overall project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules and resource plans for the work package.
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Support contract management and cost control activities related to the assigned scope.
- Ensure compliance with commercial and legal obligations, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or industrial automation.
- Two to five years of experience in project execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to support design approval and define the exact scope of work packages.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Experience in logistics, automation, or infrastructure is preferred.
- Experience in international, multicultural environments is advantageous.
Required and Preferred Skills
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Affinity with IT/OT systems and automation technologies is a plus.
