Responsibilities
The Junior Program Analyst will provide program support to the development, acquisition, and fielding of the Navy's Unmanned Maritime Systems. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Assisting COR with staff onboarding and preparing documentation packages for approval
Tracking and providing status updates
Maintaining action trackers to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time
Processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions
Assisting with the monitoring of performance, cost, and schedule impacts, coordinating across multiple programs and organizations
Updating contract status reports
Collecting input for SOWs and CDRLs
Implementing business process improvement
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in a professional environment
Ability to function in a dynamic, ever changing work environment
Ability to be proactive and work independently and in a team environment
Ability to develop, document, and implement processes
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with NAVSEA
Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition experience

Experience with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
Familiarity with Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)
Experience working with various Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities
Experience working with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS)
Knowledge of program management applications, such as cost, performance, and/or scheduling
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees. We also offer a competitive leave package and a generous benefit plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, and an employer matching 401(k) plan.
