Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of DoD relevant program management experience in lieu of degree
- Federal/DoD budget execution and POM experience
- Federal/DoD contract execution and close-out experience including tracking obligation funding and identifying risks
- Experience using N-ERP, NEPS, SPS/PD2 and/or PBIS
- Familiar with Navy shipboard systems CFE/GFE/GFI
- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail in document review and quality assurance
- Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment with team members in multiple locations
- Ability to learn quickly on the job and carry out tasking with minimal guidance
- Proficient using MS Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to operate independently within a team environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active DoD Interim Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of DoD Navy program management experience
- 2 years of DoD GFE/GFI management experience
- Knowledge of SCN funding
- MS Access experience
