Responsibilities
- Lead day to day production operations while driving quality, safety and team performance
- Oversee all production operations, including raw material store
- Guide and direct workforce; assign tasks and provide instructions
- Ensure product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systems
- Train manpower and ensure proper job allocation
- Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure equipment checks
- Coordinate with Production Planner for timely batch planning and delivery
- Manage ERP transactions for stock transfer/posting
- Enforce fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting Team
- Control departmental costs, including overtime
- Maintain production related documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day production operations while driving quality, safety and team performance.
- Oversees all production operations, including raw material (RM) store.
- Guides and directs workforce; assigns tasks and provides instructions.
- Ensures product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systems.
- Trains manpower and ensures proper job allocation.
- Supervises maintenance technicians and ensures equipment checks.
- Coordinates with Production Planner for timely batch planning and delivery.
- Manages ERP transactions for stock transfer/posting.
- Enforces fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting Team.
- Controls departmental costs, including overtime (OT).
- Maintains production related documentation.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
