Responsibilities
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities based on demand data and forecasts
- Work extensively with large datasets and advanced Excel tools to analyze stock levels, trends, and performance
- Monitor inventory health, including stock availability, shelf life, and potential excess or slow moving items
- Assist in managing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, and commercial) to ensure timely product availability
- Track delivery performance and proactively highlight risks, delays, or discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards, providing insights to support business decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, data analysis, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, data analysis, or a related field will be ideal.
- Strong interest in working with data, analytics, and large Excel datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions; Power BI is a plus).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
- Willingness to learn, be trained, and grow within supply chain planning.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Location
- This role will report to the Planning & Inventory Supervisor and will be based in our Jeddah factory.
