The role supports procurement activities for a leading automotive company in Dubai, UAE.
The position focuses on sourcing materials and services, processing purchase orders, coordinating suppliers, and supporting timely and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with stores on inventory replenishment.
- Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization.
- Support ERP and Odoo procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Procurement and vendor management, supplier negotiation, and PR or PO processing.
- Microsoft Office or Excel and ERP or Odoo procurement experience.
- Planning, organization, communication, attention to detail, problem solving, and teamwork.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500-3,000 per month.

- Work location is Dubai, UAE.
