About the Role

- Manage the production of print collateral and corporate branding materials from quotations to quality control and payments
- Arrange for effective distribution to all departments/offices
- Handle exhibition participations and corporate events, from booking and execution
- Maintain and report marketing expenditures on a monthly basis
- Maintain monthly reconciliation on all stocks at local/regional warehouses and arrange stock replenishments
- Liaise with all stakeholders including suppliers, colleagues, and other company departments and regional offices to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
- Provide out of scope support as requested by management

- Language: English
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong communication skills

Role Overview
- The role of the Marketing coordinator is to support the marketing department, coordinate with all other departments/offices on their marketing requirements in a timely manner.
