- Manage production of print collateral and corporate branding materials from quotations to quality control and payments
- Arrange effective distribution of materials to all departments/offices
- Handle exhibition participations and corporate events from booking to execution
- Maintain and report marketing expenditures on a monthly basis
- Maintain monthly reconciliation on all stocks at local/regional warehouses and arrange stock replenishments
- Liaise with stakeholders including suppliers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
- Provide out of scope support as requested by management
Requirements
- 1 2 years of relevant experience
- Language: English
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player and positive contributor

Role Overview
