- Support the day to day management of multiple client accounts
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Attend client meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic recommendations
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and client documents
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and external suppliers
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, launches, events, and activations
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports with recommendations
- Review creative content before client submission to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support content production by attending photo and video shoots when required
- Maintain organized project documentation and internal trackers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, account management, project coordination, or a related role (internships considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing principles
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to attend client meetings, site visits, events, and content shoots across Dubai
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Role Description
- New Beginning is looking for a Junior Marketing Consultant to join our team on a full time, on site basis in Dubai under a 2 year employment contract.
- This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in marketing consulting.
- The successful candidate will support multiple client accounts, work closely with senior consultants, attend client meetings and content shoots, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
