Job Overview
- We are hiring a responsible and experienced Head Barista to lead coffee bar operations at Teta's Tables in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the person in charge of the coffee bar
- Overseeing bar inventory and stock control
- Ensuring drinks and formulations are prepared properly and consistently
- Monitoring expiration dates and product freshness
- Scheduling and supervising the barista team
- Ensuring packaging standards are properly followed
- Supporting menu development by giving input on drinks to add, remove, or improve
- Maintaining drink quality control across all orders
- Controlling wastage and managing drink batches efficiently
- Ensuring bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness before and during service
- Training and guiding baristas on standards, recipes, and workflow
- Supporting daily bar operations in an operational manager capacity
