About the Role
Job title: Junior Manager – Global Reward Operations, Level 5C.
The role leads operational delivery, process governance, Tier 2 support, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.
The role supports the Annual Reward Cycle, Global Employee Recognition programme, and other global reward processes.
Reports to the Global Reward Operations Manager.
Purpose and Scope
- Enable salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive reports and processes for the global Diageo population using Workday.
- Provide reports and processes supporting salary, stock, and bonus budgets.
- Engage globally with HR Business Partners, Reward teams, Executive Reward, senior line managers, Diageo Information Systems, and governance teams.
- Handle daily team operations and deputize for the Global Reward Operations Manager.
