Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Employee Relations strengthens employee relations governance across commercial and manufacturing locations.
The role covers litigation management, statutory compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic employee relations initiatives.
The position partners with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on labour law and employee relations matters.
Litigation and Legal Risk
- Manage and monitor labour and employment litigation matters across locations.
- Maintain litigation and contingent-liability trackers and provide periodic leadership updates.
- Lead or support out-of-court settlements with business, legal, and financial stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on case management.
PoSH Governance
- Manage end-to-end PoSH governance across all locations.
- Ensure Internal Committee constitution, renewal, meetings, training, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate PoSH investigations and ensure adherence to statutory timelines.
- Manage SHE-Box complaints, annual returns, and statutory disclosures.
