Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Entry level experience in legal drafting or corporate law

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Junior Legal Counsel role based in Dubai.
- Contribute to the effective operation of the ENATA Group Legal and Corporate Department.
- Establish and maintain effective contracting processes and ensure accurate preparation and archiving of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the legal part of negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements.
- Establish and maintain scalable contracting processes and templates.
- Provide administrative support for legal documentation.
- Assist with corporate initiatives like litigation, corporate matters, trademarks.
- Participate in developing company policies on legal issues.
- Assist in compliance projects.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on applicable laws and regulations.
- Support legal counsel in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Employment Location
- DIFC, with trips to Hamriyah Freezone, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi if needed.
- Later Location: Abu Dhabi.
