- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a dynamic training environment
- Proficiency in English
- A technical background will be an advantage, preferably in telecommunications or IT
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a high impact business environment
- A hands on approach and a 'can do' attitude
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
- An understanding of project management activities is a plus
- An interest in technology and its evolution is a plus
