About the Company
Scope Markets is part of a global group providing online trading services through regulated entities and operational hubs.
The group provides trading infrastructure, low-latency technology, and software and hardware solutions for clients.
The Role
The Junior ITOC Analyst provides first-line and second-line technical support to employees across the group.
The role collaborates with global Infrastructure and Security teams and supports the Dubai office with timely IT services.
User Support
- Handle new starter and leaver requests, including hardware allocation and collection.
- Set up and revoke user profiles and system access and conduct IT inductions for new employees.
- Provide first-line and second-line support for Windows, Mac, VPN, VoIP, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Atlassian applications, CRM, and other systems.
- Log, process, respond to, and escalate tickets.
- Configure and maintain hardware and software.
IT Operations and Assets
- Assist with local server room operations, patching, and hardware maintenance.
