- At least 2 years experience in UAE Healthcare
- Bachelor's degree

Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and customer focused Junior IT Support to join our IT team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role with Healthcare sector EMR application (Concepts Medical Suit will be more preferable)
