Responsibilities
- Provide day to day technical support for employees regarding hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software applications
- Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard corporate software
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords within Active Directory or Microsoft/Google Workspace
- Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (Wi Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware, licenses) and document common technical issues and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or Helpdesk role
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration is a plus
- Strong problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and high level of patience and customer service orientation

- AED 2,000.00 AED 2,500.00 per hour
