Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately
- Clean and set up tables, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning
Requirements
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Description
- As a Waiter/Waitress, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service while serving food and beverages.
Duties
- Greeting guests warmly upon their arrival and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked about menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Upselling additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Preparing and serving specialty drinks or cocktails, if required.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and processing payments accurately.
- Cleaning and setting up tables, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area at all times.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Pay
- AED1,200.00 AED2,000.00 per month
