Junior IT Desktop Support Specialist

1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT co-op/internship role.

Post-secondary education or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.

Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 in a business environment, plus the Microsoft 365 suite.

Comfort troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

A basic understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a genuine customer-service mindset — this is a people-facing role.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple requests in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

A self-motivated, curious approach and real enthusiasm for technology.

Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional customer service capability with the proven ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees within an organization while building strong working relationships.

Flexible, positive, and organized, able to work independently as well as within the team.
