What You'Ll Be Doing
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees or clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide guidance to users on basic IT-related queries.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Perform routine system updates and backups.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
- Support the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks.
- Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Ensure network security by following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
- Provide regular updates to senior IT staff on ongoing tasks.
- Work closely with senior IT Team and other departments to address technical needs.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects or upgrades.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
What Required Skills You'Ll Bring
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, routers, etc.).
- Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
