Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to support the daily HR operations of the organization.

The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance-related activities while ensuring smooth coordination with employees and management.

Candidates with familiarity or exposure to UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance requirements will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and file management.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases.
  • Support visa processing, labour documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives when required.
  • Assist management with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience in the UAE.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance processes is highly preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Presentable and professional communication skills.
  • Experience handling employee documentation and compliance processes.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
