- Lead the overall people strategy and culture of the organization
- Oversee all core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and compliance
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives
- Guide HR teams, analyze workforce data, optimize HR processes, and advise leaders on organizational design
- Lead initiatives related to employee experience, learning and development, and change management
- Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks in collaboration with finance
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- Demonstrated experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management
- Deep knowledge of HR Policies and employment law
- Extensive leadership experience in senior HR roles, preferably as Head of HR, VP People, or C level HR leader
- Proven track record in organizational development, change management, and scaling HR operations
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with local labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field

Role Description
- Lead the overall people strategy and culture of the organization.
- Oversee all core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives, drive employee engagement, and promote an inclusive, high performance culture.
- Guide HR teams, analyze workforce data, optimize HR processes, advise leaders on organizational design, and lead initiatives related to employee experience, learning and development, and change management.
- Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks in collaboration with finance and ensure HR practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with the organization’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management.
- Deep knowledge of HR Policies and employment law.
- Extensive leadership experience in senior HR roles, preferably as Head of HR, VP People, or C level HR leader in complex or multi location organizations.
- Proven track record in organizational development, change management, and scaling HR operations aligned with business growth.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills, with ability to use HR metrics and data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with local labor regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; master’s degree or HR certifications preferred.
