Job Purpose
Assist with ground support equipment maintenance and aircraft maintenance support by providing equipment to aircraft according to established procedures.
Emirates Engineering supports Airbus, Boeing, and third-party airline maintenance activities from its Dubai facility.
Responsibilities
- Inform supervisors of work-related difficulties or obstructions.
- Arrange aircraft maintenance support equipment and provide aircraft access equipment as instructed.
- Assist with daily equipment inspections and equipment maintenance or repair work.
- Communicate customer requests and completed or pending task information accurately.
- Maintain housekeeping and care for tools and equipment.
- Follow assigned tasks, allocations, duty timings, and safety instructions.
Qualifications
- 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- At least one year of engineering or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or general engineering and maintenance activities is preferred.
- Proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
- An airport driving permit is indicated for the role.
