We’re looking for a
Junior Financial Analyst
to support financial coordination and technical delivery on major projects across (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah).
In this role, you’ll contribute to financial modelling, reporting, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

Junior Financial Analyst
, you will be part of our commercial and finance team, supporting the coordination and delivery of financial analysis, reporting, and cost tracking.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on live projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying financial processes aligned with industry standards.

About Your Team
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager or Commercial Manager, you’ll work closely with project teams, procurement, and cost control departments.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance across all project stages.
Your Role
- As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support project budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare, analyze, and manage financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and commercial departments to track costs and variances
- Review and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial data to identify discrepancies and risks
- Prepare and submit financial reports and analysis notes with accuracy and clarity
- Track and manage project expenditures, commitments, and financial approvals
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards, and internal controls
- Work within shared financial systems and ERP platforms such as SAP / Oracle / MS Excel-based tools
- Support continuous improvement in financial processes and project cost management
Essential
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- 2+ years of overall experience, including at least 1 year of GCC experience
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), MS Excel, and MS Office
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Ability to review financial data and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and financial integrity
