EFZIN is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to support day-to-day financial operations.
The role focuses on accurate records, reconciliations, reporting, and efficient finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and documentation.
- Prepare invoices, payment requests, receipts, and other finance-related documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and management summaries.
- Maintain organized financial files and records.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cash-flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and management regarding finance matters.
- Ensure financial records comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in finance.
- The role requires accurate recordkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, budgeting, expense tracking, and cash-flow support.
- The role requires coordination with operations, suppliers, management, and the Finance Manager.
- Financial records must comply with company policies and procedures.
