EFZIN Fresh is hiring a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Barista in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to EFZIN Fresh standards.
- Deliver excellent and friendly customer service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and products.
- Keep the bar and equipment clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, or premium food and beverage environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage standards.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and confident approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Abu Dhabi.
