- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs and detailed cost estimates for construction and fit out projects
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and design departments to ensure accurate pricing
- Identify cost saving opportunities through value engineering without compromising project quality
- Analyze project risks, variations, and contingencies that may impact project costs
- Maintain updated databases of material, labor, and subcontractor rates
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals and bid documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in Construction, Interior Fit Out, Contracting, or Turnkey Projects
- Strong understanding of construction materials, fit out processes, and market pricing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Overview
- Whizz HR is looking for an experienced Estimator for a reputed Construction & Interior Fit Out company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
