Job Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and client focused professional to manage and nurture an existing client portfolio, strengthen client relationships, improve client retention, ensure timely service renewals, and identify opportunities to offer additional business services.
  • This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building relationships, communicating with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Conduct regular client follow ups to ensure satisfaction and understand business needs.
  • Manage service renewals and ensure no renewal opportunities are missed.
  • Prepare renewal proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
  • Resolve client queries by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and renewal schedules in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on client portfolio performance, renewals, retention, and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Business Consulting, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
  • Customer focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Problem solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
