About the Role

- Manage multiple architectural model making projects from initiation to completion
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with design, CNC, laser cutting, 3D printing, acrylic fabrication, painting, assembly, electrical, and quality control teams
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors for approvals and technical clarifications
- Allocate resources and monitor manpower and production activities
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and according to quality standards
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate procurement of materials and monitor supplier deliveries
- Prepare project progress reports and conduct project review meetings
- Oversee packing, logistics, site delivery, and installation of completed models
- Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, and quality assurance procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an architectural model making company
- GCC experience is mandatory, preferably in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction details
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of architectural model making materials, fabrication methods, and production processes
- Familiarity with CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, acrylic fabrication, woodworking, painting, lighting integration, and model assembly

Job Summary
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing architectural model making projects from concept to final delivery.
