- Operate and maintain technical measurement equipment and sensors (cameras, thermal sensors, radiometers)
- Support planning and execution of field tests across different platforms and environments
- Ensure reliable data collection through proper setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in building complex 3D environments for thermal signature simulations
- Contribute to improving software tools and data processing workflows (simulation codebases, GPU efficiency)
- Support research and implementation of atmospheric effects on multi spectral light transport
- Assist in development of AI algorithms for target detection and identification
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for test planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Applied Physics, Aerospace, Optical) or related field with computational focus
- Exposure to sensors, imaging systems, or measurement equipment
- Exposure to data analysis or scientific programming (e.g., Python)
- Exposure to simulation tools or modeling
- Exposure to field testing or experimental work

Job Role
- A versatile Junior Engineer to contribute across experimental and digital workstreams, supporting end to end lifecycle of thermal signature management from physical measurement to computational development.
Job Responsibilities
