What You Will Do

  • Maintain the digital project logs and internal knowledge bases for active client engagements to ensure data accessibility.

  • Help draft clear briefs that summarize sovereign capital movements or regional expansion trends for the senior team.
  • Track the sequence of project milestones to ensure our advisors stay ahead of critical decision points for the client.
  • Update internal mapping of business networks and family group structures across the region.
  • Organize project documentation to ensure information remains secure and follows our firm standards for data handling.
  • Support the coordination of digital meetings and documentation flow for multi-party commercial partnerships and market entries.
