The role
Support technical project work for a leading logistics firm expanding its operations in Dubai.
Monitor detailed project activity, documentation, and process execution to keep the expansion stable and reliable.

What you will do
- Track technical tasks across teams and identify stalled approvals or forgotten actions.
- Update and maintain SOPs while routing logic and data flows are improved.
- Review project logs for process friction and failures moving data between systems.
- Gather updates from senior practitioners and organize them into clear written reports.
- Verify new processes against established rules during the first month of live operation.
- Organize project folders and technical documentation for easy access.
- Help move data from disconnected spreadsheets into the client's internal systems.
What we are looking for
- A logical mindset and genuine interest in how businesses operate behind the scenes.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for organizing, filtering, and cleaning simple datasets.
- Clear and concise writing skills for documentation and written updates.
