The Role
Support a regional infrastructure development firm in Jeddah as it modernizes project documents and internal requests.
Test and implement automation tools so data moves correctly between legacy databases and new platforms.
This is a full-time, fully remote entry-level role focused on practical business problems in construction and logistics.
What You Will Do
- Test large language model prompts to find accurate summaries of technical site reports.
- Verify exported legacy-database data against structured logs in automation tools.
- Update internal documentation and step-by-step guides as tools evolve.
- Monitor error logs and report the process step requiring manual correction.
- Categorize and tag project emails to help train categorization models for the engineering team.
- Take detailed notes during discovery calls about manually managed client workflows.
- Compare AI-generated outputs with original documents for accuracy and technical consistency.
- Maintain a database of test results for decisions about live tool operation.
