Role Overview
Oversee food and beverage cost control across retail operations for Kooz Karak.
Support inventory accuracy, profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and F&B teams to achieve budget targets and maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain recipe costing, item pricing, and system master data.
- Lead menu engineering meetings and analyze cost of sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor costs against budget targets and investigate discrepancies, wastage, and inefficiencies.
- Oversee stock counts and reconcile POS, stock control, and accounting systems.
- Collaborate with Procurement on product sourcing and monitor supplier pricing.
- Negotiate fixed-term supplier contracts where applicable.
- Submit month-end reports to the Financial Controller or F&B Director.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, audit standards, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- 3–5 years of Cost Controller experience in restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality operations.
