Role Overview
Kitopi is seeking motivated and hardworking Junior Commis Chefs to join its culinary team.
The role requires a passion for food, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute positively to the team.
