About Kitopi
Kitopi is a food experiences company operating invested and franchised food and beverage brands across the region.
Kitopi operates kitchens using its proprietary Smart Kitchen Operating System and has locations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
What You'll Do
- Maintain brand standards, recipes, food consistency, and production accuracy in the central kitchen.
- Prepare daily production, establish par stock, and prevent overproduction.
- Organize coolers and freezers according to food safety standards.
- Check equipment condition and complete temperature logs for coolers and freezers.
- Maintain food quality, appearance, sanitation, and the clean-as-you-go policy.
- Break down food after production and at the end of shifts.
- Follow procedures for food rotation, dating, labeling, covering, and cleaning supplies.
- Work the hours required for the job, normally not less than 48 hours per week.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in a similar environment or high-volume catering is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of one or more listed cuisines or kitchen sections.
- Have strong communication skills and be innovative, proactive, and reliable.
- Be able to work alone and within a team.
- A good level of English is essential.
- Quick Service Restaurant experience is advantageous.
