Role Overview
The role prepares sushi and other customer meals in a Kitopi satellite kitchen while supporting brand standards, recipe consistency, and order accuracy.
The position operates in a fast-moving, high-energy environment with diverse teams.
What You Will Do
- Prepare maki, nigiri, sashimi, and other sushi using cooked and raw fish, fruits, and vegetables.
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in all food orders.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and follow food safety procedures.
- Work with teammates to keep the kitchen set up for successful operations.
- Follow Kitopi and brand standards.
- Prepare and cook customer meals to the highest standard using recipe guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across relevant brands and ensure order accuracy.
