About the Role
DHL Supply Chain seeks a Junior Business Controller in Dubai to support financial reporting, planning, and commercial controlling. The role involves partnering with operations, preparing business cases, and ensuring financial integrity across sites.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet) across sites, customers, and services.
- Support correct financial reporting across core DHL systems (Oracle, Vision, CREST, FPM, DPM), aligned with DSC standards.
- Support monthly balance sheet reviews, including provisions, accruals, prepayments, payroll, holiday pay, debt, and bad debt.
- Assist with statutory, IFRS, and internal reporting requirements and support external audits.
- Support short , mid , and long term financial planning for business units and the UAE organization.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow planning, and productivity forecasting.
- Partner with sites and campus teams to challenge assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and manage variances.
- Support evaluation of new business, renewals, and investment cases in line with DPDHL BCA standards.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing business cases, financial models, sensitivity analyses, and buy vs lease assessments.
- Provide financial input into pricing models, cost structures, commercial contracts, and complex negotiations.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to operational and functional leaders.
- Deliver performance insights through dashboards, benchmarks, margin analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Experience
- 3 to 5 years Controlling / Financial experience. A good understanding of the business / service requirement in general and in controlling more specifics.

- Ability to work in a logical sequential way and set the right priorities (Time Management).
- Strong leader and collaborations skills.
