- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings
- Bake bread, pastries, and other items under supervision
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Support mise en place and daily preparation tasks
- Operate bakery equipment safely (mixers, ovens, proofers)
- Store and label ingredients according to food safety standards
- Assist in inventory checks and report shortages
- Follow HACCP, hygiene, and company policies
- Support senior bakers during peak production hours
Requirements
- Basic baking knowledge or certificate in baking/pastry (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in bakery or pastry
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Position Summary
- The Junior Baker supports daily bakery operations by preparing doughs, batters, and basic baked items. The role assists senior bakers, maintains workstation hygiene, and ensures consistent quality in all bakery products.
