- Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Process payments (cash, card, digital) following company procedures
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Support team members during peak hours
- Ensure accurate cash handling and end of shift reconciliation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or F&B preferred
- Basic POS and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 5–7 kg

Position Summary
