Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items across various stations (hot, cold, grill, fry, pastry as assigned)
- Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Assist in menu preparation, mise en place, and daily kitchen readiness
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and kitchen SOPs
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations
- Support junior staff and coordinate with team members during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef
- Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and company policies
- Assist in training new kitchen staff when required
Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as CDP
- Ability to work across multiple stations (all rounder)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Position Summary
