Working Relationships
The position reports to the Assistant IT Manager and indirectly to the Head of IT.
The role works with users at TWG Tea headquarters and coordinates with overseas subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily application support and client software setup.
- Support POS, ERP, and CRM systems and their integrations.
- Assist with testing new integrations during implementations.
- Perform routine checks of existing integrations.
- Work with Regional IT on cross-border projects.
- Assist with training new internal staff on current systems.
- Assist with documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT or a similar discipline.
- At least two years of experience with POS, ERP, CRM, and eCommerce is advantageous.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and positive toward learning.
- Able to work independently and contribute as a team member.
- Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
- French proficiency is an advantage for liaising with overseas subsidiaries.
